This is a full-time on-site position located in Clarkesville, GA, for a Quality and Compliance Manager. The role includes leading quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, overseeing quality control procedures, and developing efficient quality assurance processes. The manager will perform routine quality audits, implement methods to maintain quality objectives, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to uphold and improve quality management standards.

• Proficiency in Quality Auditing and conducting evaluations for continuous improvement
• Strong skills in Quality Control and implementing effective processes
• Thorough understanding of Regulatory Requirements as they pertain to product and service delivery
• Experience in Quality Assurance and monitoring systems for consistent outcomes
• Proven expertise in Quality Management and implementing quality improvement programs
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field preferred
