• Respond to production D/T calls immediately and counter measure effectively.
• Monitor lines to identify items that may cause downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis on top D/T items and implement countermeasures.
• Monitor lines to ensure countermeasures are effective.
• Identify needed spare parts.
• Identify critical spare parts as needed.
• Perform PM tasks as scheduled. Repair any defects. Identify areas for improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis for any quality related incident and provide countermeasure.
• Support engineering with new equipment setup trials.
• Communicate existing equipment failures with Team Leader and Assistant Manager.
• Support QA during Quality incident investigation and countermeasure.
• Perform cost reduction activities to reduce overall operating costs.
• PLC experience.

• Associates Degree (AS) from an accredited Technical School; or one to two years of related technical experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Job Specific Cert.
