Position: Quality Control Specialist (Glynco, GA)
Location: Glynco

Quality Control Specialist

Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to provide reporting, recommendations and guidance on the quality of our role player operations. The Quality Control Specialist will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and implement process improvement and management methods to generate above satisfactory workflow optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Respond as needed to the COR/CO during inspections
  • Record all incidents/accidents/injuries to OTA personnel
  • Maintain and recommend improvement to the Quality Control Plan (QCP)
  • Perform inspections on role player scenarios
  • Perform inspections on OTA and government provided property
  • Maintain inspection records and provide all inspection records to the COR/CO when requested
  • Work with OTA Safety Representative to develop and maintain the Safety Plan
Required Qualifications
  • US citizenship required
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to pass a Tier-2 federal background check
  • 3 years of consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the last 10 years
  • Demonstrated knowledge of commercial quality control plans
  • Knowledge or experience with Role Player Services
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) from the American Society for Quality (ASQ)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience overseeing human resources
  • Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning
  • Excellent people skills with ability topartner witha dynamic leadership team
  • Possess a high degree of integrity, credibility and commitment to corporate mission
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
