Position Summary
Our Hartwell, Georgia, factory measures an impressive 500,000 square feet. It represents our most versatile facility to date, enabling us to switch product lines with greater speed and efficiency. Together, we take immense pride in producing and distributing the brands that our customers trust and that bring joy to pets' lives. We support local pet shelters and rescue efforts, as well as engage in education and hunger relief programs, ensuring that we make a positive impact beyond our factory walls. We also are doing our part to care for the environment we share, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity and maintaining zero waste for disposal.
As Senior Quality Assurance Coordinator, you'll oversee the execution and compliance of the factory's Quality Management Systems including but not limited to, the factory's internal audit program, document control program, product release, specification updates, and the overall compliance with all internal and external Quality requirements. Make an impact on the lives of people and pets nationwide as you ensure quality throughout our processes.
* Promote quality awareness and serve as an ambassador of Food Safety and Quality compliance throughout the facility and with customers/vendors/contractors.
* Execute compliance programs to ensure all regulatory and quality assurance requirements are met.
* Organize and maintain the facilities' corrective action program.
* Facilitate factory internal audits.
* Manage and update factory document control/change control systems.
* Ensure all changes are made regarding specification and policy updates.
Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience working with Quality Management Systems and internal auditing.
Other
* Bachelor's degree in Biology, Animal Science, or comparable degree
* Experience working in a Food manufacturing facility

The shift for this position is 2:00 - 10:00 pm and the approximate pay range for this position is $50,000 - $72,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
