US Department of Defense - Atlantic Avenue Southeast - Responsibilities:
Provide quality assurance, technical assistance, and surveillance of Base Supply requirements for the BOS contract;
Receive and process complaints from base customers and educate on contractor responsibilities;
Prepare and validate reports, forms, SOPs, correspondence, and other quality assurance documents;
Assist the LRS Accountable Officer in developing documentation for new requirements and changes to the contract Performance Work Statement;
Support assessment of contractor performance and operational methods to improve efficiency
