Job Summary

This position assists in the assurance of the manufacture of high-quality products through the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive program of materials and product testing, analysis, and reporting. As our Quality Control Technician, you are the final line of defense. You’ll ensure every piece of material—from the moment it arrives at our door, through the heat of production, to the final finished product—meets our elite standards.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Be the Expert:
    Follow and master our inspection procedures to test, evaluate, and analyze everything we build.
  • Drive the Data:
    Use your skills to record and report quality data, ensuring our reliability is second to none.
  • The Certification Guru:
    Prepare and submit product samples to accreditation agencies—helping us keep our high quality reputation.
  • Team Collaborator:
    Partner with production crews to measure, test, and tabulate the data that makes us better.
  • The Quality Messenger:
    Keep the team in the loop on quality trends and issues in real-time, helping us solve problems before they even start.
  • Strategic Solver:
    Interface with Management and Engineering to tackle quality hurdles and find creative resolutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Certification in quality control, such as American Society for Quality (ASQ) certification.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques and core principles of quality control.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or related field.

Qualifications & Skills

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional who can balance technical rules with real-world problem solving. Here is what we are looking for:

  • Certification in quality control, such as American Society for Quality (ASQ) certification
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems
  • Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) techniques
