As a Quality Technician
, you will be instrumental in verifying that our composite components and production workflows align with both internal benchmarks and client requirements. By executing thorough dimensional, in-process, and final inspections, you will safeguard product integrity while ensuring strict adherence to engineering blueprints, control plans, and IATF 16949 standards. Furthermore you will collaborate with diverse departments to address quality challenges and contribute to our ongoing efforts to improve operational efficiency.

• Execute dimensional, in-process, and final product evaluations to verify adherence to blueprints, specifications, and job‑specific criteria.
• Apply AQL standards to perform sampling and inspections before products are cleared for shipping.
• Operate various metrology instruments, including calipers, to ensure precise measurements.
• Prepare Certificates of Conformance and manage necessary customer‑facing documentation, such as material certifications.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering to facilitate First Article Inspections and the preparation of PPAP documentation.
• Carry out incoming inspections for components sourced from external suppliers and subcontractors.
• Record and relay inspection findings with clarity, ensuring timely escalation of any identified issues.
• Generate Internal Non‑Conformance Reports (INCRs) to help maintain a safe working environment by isolating defective items.
• Execute fit‑check procedures to confirm that assemblies are fully compatible.
• Oversee the sorting, re‑evaluation, and validation processes for any reworked inventory.
• Update and manage inspection data within our ERP and QMS platforms.
• Contribute to the tracking of quality metrics and the generation of performance reports.
• Partner with the Quality department to organize and prioritize final inspection tasks.
• Uphold a tidy, secure, and well‑structured workspace to help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team.
• Adhere to all established safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure consistent quality outcomes.

• At least two years of professional experience within a quality‑focused position, ideally in composites or automotive manufacturing.
• Comprehensive knowledge regarding production workflows and standard quality inspection methodologies.
• Skilled in the application of dimensional inspection techniques and various measuring tools.
• Capable of interpreting complex engineering drawings and technical tolerances.
• Familiarity with AQL inspection and sampling protocols is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
• Proven capacity to manage priorities efficiently in a high‑speed production environment.
