The Inventory Control & Quality Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of inventory accuracy, quality assurance, compliance, and process control within a high‑volume e‑commerce fulfillment environment. This role provides direction and oversight in inventory integrity, root cause analysis, audit processes, customer quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role requires a detail‑oriented, data‑driven leader who thrives in fast‑paced startup environments and understands the critical connection between inventory accuracy, quality performance, and customer satisfaction.
