• Perform environmental monitoring, critical utilities sampling, and microbiological assays on raw materials, in-process samples, and final products.
• Operate laboratory instrumentation and utilize computer systems such as LIMS for precise data entry and analysis.
• Maintain complete data integrity while ensuring strict compliance with SOPs, FDA, GLP, QSR, and cGMP regulations.
• Execute all sampling and testing using standard aseptic practices while participating in continuous improvement (5S).
• Perform laboratory safety audits, routine equipment upkeep, and maintain departmental testing inventory.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biological Science with coursework in Analytical Chemistry or Microbiology (0-2 years of experience).
• Demonstrated knowledge of microbiology principles, aseptic procedures, and basic lab safety.
• Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment including autoclaves, incubators, and analytical tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic mathematical/statistical calculations.
• Ability to work the required shift schedule (Thursday - Sunday, 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM).
