- Perform environmental monitoring, critical utilities sampling, and microbiological assays on raw materials, in-process samples, and final products.
- Operate laboratory instrumentation and utilize computer systems such as LIMS for precise data entry and analysis.
- Maintain complete data integrity while ensuring strict compliance with SOPs, FDA, GLP, QSR, and cGMP regulations.
- Execute all sampling and testing using standard aseptic practices while participating in continuous improvement (5S).
- Perform laboratory safety audits, routine equipment upkeep, and maintain departmental testing inventory.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biological Science with coursework in Analytical Chemistry or Microbiology (0-2 years of experience).
- Demonstrated knowledge of microbiology principles, aseptic procedures, and basic lab safety.
- Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment including autoclaves, incubators, and analytical tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic mathematical/statistical calculations.
- Ability to work the required shift schedule (Thursday - Sunday, 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM).
