b. Suppliers Claim (Customer Occurrence, Reclaim)
- Claims from suppliers and activities to prevent recurrence, etc
2. Quality for New Products
1) Approval of New Products
a. PPAP and ISIR submission
b. Process Audit Response
2) Early Product Management
a. Inspection, Shipment Approval
b. Reliability test
3. Resident Employee Management
1) Resident Employee / Liaison
a. Travel expenses, labor costs, contract renewal, etc
4. ILO
1) Import Inspection of Raw Materials (Sampling)
2) Shipmen Inspection (Sampling)
