Koch - 331 Thomson Highway - Responsibilities:
Perform inspections, data collection, troubleshooting, and process audits to ensure sawmill operations produce lumber that meets quality, safety, and production targets;
Quality inspections & documentation including calibration records and inspection reports;
Process monitoring & audits including adherence to sampling plans and inspection frequency;
Troubleshoot lumber quality issues and recommend offsets/adjustments with operations and maintenance;
Collaborate with operators, maintenance, and supervisors; train operators on inspection methods and quality expectations
