Position Summar

yThe Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily quality assurance and food safety activities within a poultry processing facility. This position ensures compliance with USDA-FSIS regulations, HACCP requirements, SSOPs, customer specifications, and company quality standards. The QA Supervisor leads QA technicians, monitors production processes, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and helps maintain the highest standards of product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

  • ce Ensure compliance with USDA-FSIS regulations, HACCP plans, SSOPs, GMPs, and company food safety standard
  • s.Monitor and verify critical control points (CCPs) throughout processing operation
  • s.Conduct daily audits of production, sanitation, and quality system
  • s.Investigate and document food safety and quality incidents, implementing corrective actions as require

    Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Poultry Science, Biology, Microbiology, Quality Assurance, or related field pref

    Equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience may be consi

  • erience3-5 years of quality assurance, food safety, or regulatory compliance experience in food manufac
  • turing.

    Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience pre
  • ferred.

    Poultry processing, meat processing, or USDA-inspected manufacturing experience strongly pre
