Quality Control Manager

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all quality assurance and quality control activities within the manufacturing facility. This role ensures that all products meet established company standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. The QC Manager develops and implements quality systems, manages a team of quality professionals, and collaborates cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement across production processes.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the facility’s Quality Management System.
• Establish and enforce quality control policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
• Manage and maintain all quality-related records, reports, and certification documentation.

• Oversee incoming material inspections, in-process quality checks, and final product inspections.
• Develop and maintain inspection plans, sampling procedures, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of all quality testing and measurement equipment.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate quality control technicians and inspectors.
• Set performance goals for QC staff.
• Foster a quality-first culture throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues at the source.

• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and customer-specific requirements.

Required

• 5 years of quality control or quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, measurement tools, and quality testing equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data to diverse audiences.
