Licensed Real Estate Sales Listing Specialist

• Meet with prospective home sellers and conduct listing consultations
• Develop pricing recommendations and marketing strategies for listings
• Guide clients through the entire listing and selling process
• Maintain consistent communication using the company CRM systems
• Build long-term client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Host open houses and convert prospective buyers and sellers into active clients
• Manage appointments, transaction timelines, and follow-up activities
• Participate in weekly coaching sessions, training programs, and team meetings
• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
• Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly
• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
• Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched

We're looking for professionals who possess:

• A full-time commitment to a real estate sales career
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Confidence using CRM systems and digital technology
• A growth-oriented mindset and willingness to be coached
• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• One year of work experience in real estate
• Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
• Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
