Location: South Fulton
Stonemark Management LLC markets, shows and leases apartments to prospective tenants, responding to all applicants and residents in a courteous and prompt manner regarding leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
The leasing consultant responsibilities include maintaining inventory, establishing rapport with prospects, scheduling showings, verifying applications, and assisting with move-in/move-out processes. Prep of newsletters and coordination with management are also part of duties.
