Job Title
Design and analyze multi-crop, systems-level agronomic trials to support innovative cropping systems.
Develop agronomic recommendations based on research findings and field data.
Collaborate with internal R&D teams, external research partners, and public institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agronomists, and business stakeholders.
Lead and coordinate research activities across multiple locations and environments.
Support the development of sustainable, high-value agricultural solutions.
Analyze and interpret field data to drive decision-making and innovation.
Manage research collaborations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Communicate research findings through reports, presentations, and stakeholder interactions.
Participate in field activities, including data collection in varying environmental conditions.
PhD or MS in Agronomy, Plant Physiology, Plant Breeding, Ecology, or a related field.
Experience with cropping systems in the Southern U.S. or brassica crops.
Strong knowledge of multi-crop systems and agronomic practices.
Hands-on experience with field research processes, data analysis, and interpretation.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage experiments across multiple sites.
Self-motivated, independent, and capable of driving research initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform field-based activities.
Willingness to travel as required.
