Join a growing Endocrinology research program with its own dedicated onsite research facility, where you'll have the resources, support, and autonomy to build, innovate, and advance cutting‑edge clinical trials.
Qualifications- NP, PA, Pharm.
D., or any other advanced degrees welcome to apply - 7+ years of clinical research experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience within a clinical research setting
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH‑GCP guidelines, and clinical trial operations
- Lead clinical research operations and departmental strategy
- Oversee study conduct, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance
- Develop and mentor research staff
- Manage sponsor, CRO, and investigator relationships
- Drive participant recruitment and study performance
