The Shift Leader assists the General Manager or Person In Charge (on duty) with management activities. They work to ensure all team members perform their responsibilities effectively and align with the restaurant’s business plan.

• Provide quality products and customer service for total customer satisfaction
• Enhance the skills and performance of crew members
• Support sales growth and cost control by leading shift activities
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Model and promote company values
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts
• Attend training and participate in meetings and webinars
• Perform additional duties as needed

• 2-3 years of experience or education in restaurant management
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong planning, team building, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling issues
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
• Effective communication methods
• Bi-lingual skills a plus
• Analytical skills and process improvement capability

• Fast-paced environment with kitchen equipment
• Stand for long periods, bend, stoop, work around heat
• Lift 50-75 lbs comfortably
• Use of cleaning products
