We are an internationionally award-winning destination wedding and event venue nestled in the north Goergia Mountains in Blue Ridge, Georgia. It is a luxury venue with multiple buildings and 38 acres of land, an exact replica of colonial Williamsburg, Virginia. We are looking for a hard-working and self-starting individual to join our team in setting up weddings and events, assisting in smooth event execution, and cleaning up after the event.

We have wedding most weekends year-round. We would love to have you join our team in giving our guests a seamless and dreamy experience on one of the most memorable days of their lives!

Pre-event set-up (varies between day before and day of event):

• Setting up chairs and tables
• Taking directions from the wedding planner and property owners
• Putting up signage
• Turning on lights and torches
• Ensuring the grounds are flawlessly manicured

During event work:

• Clearing off tables
• Managing trash
• Be ready to problem solve on the spot
• Valet parking assistance: parking cars and following valet system
• Looking professional and classy for guests (all black or white attire, may provide logo shirts)
• Ensuring our guests have a stress-free experience
• Be ready to assist planner in any way

Post event clean-up:

• Turning off property lights
• Sweep and mop
• Clean up signs
• Take out trash

• Wedding Planning
• Catering/Cooking
• Bartending
• Floral Arrangement/Decor Setup

However, always have a helpful attitude and be ready to assist other teams if they fall behind and need help.

• Great customer service skills
• Good communication and instruction-following skills
• Hard-working
• Reliable
• Week-end availability, but we can work with your schedule on what weekends work for you
• No previous experience necessary, we provide all on-the-job training
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Physically able to carry and move chairs and tables
• Able to present oneself in a clean-cut, professional manner and attire
• No degree or education level required

This is an hourly job with fluctuating hours. The hourly rate will depend on performance and work-ethic. We deliver day of pay. We hire you as an independent contractor, meaning we provide you with a 1099 form and pay via Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle day of.
