If you have 3-5 years of experience in À la Carte and always strive for the highest quality, we are waiting for your application. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the head chef's work
- Supervising the preparation, serving, and proper storage of dishes
- Preparing dishes to a high standard
- Organizing daily work efficiently
- Monitoring inventory levels, preparing and conducting inventories for smooth operation
- Strictly adhering to HACCP rules
- Handling guest requests promptly, courteously, and professionally
- Continuously following and applying current gastronomy trends
Qualifications:
- Vocational degree
- 3-5 years of À la Carte professional experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Guest-oriented personality
- Dynamic, flexible, and proactive attitude
- Reliability
- Creativity
- Knowledge of modern kitchen technologies
