Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations, reporting to the Food & Beverage Director. You will train kitchen staff, ensure high-quality food and presentations, and manage sanitation and nutrition standards.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of culinary experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory/Sous Chef role in large kitchens and banquets, plus menu development experience. Competitive pay and benefits included.
