Part Time Education Level: None Proof of the Pudding is the exclusive food & beverage provider at Road Atlanta. The on-site fast, casual dining restaurant is hiring for shifts on Thursdays-Sundays. - Maintaining the highest level of food quality and consistency
- Capable of producing a consistent product in a timely manner
- Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen/food service areas
- Implement creative menu items that adhere to the Proof of the Pudding standard
- Maintaining the highest level of service
- Assisting with inventory management, cooler/freezer stocking, and receiving/organizing food orders
- Short order/restaurant experience is preferred – on the job training will be provided
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- General knowledge of cooking temperatures, kitchen equipment, and food preparation processes
- Ability to perform physical tasks; such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 30 lbs.
- 1+ year of experience working in a kitchen, experience in catering is preferred.
- Must have knowledge of food preparation/food service with a strong understanding of the execution of BEOs, reading production sheets, and completing tasks.
- Capable of producing a consistent product in a timely manner and in high volume.

This position will be stationed at Road Atlanta. This position will spend the majority of time in the kitchen working with typical kitchen equipment including knives, electrical mixers, ovens, hot pans, and more.

Non-slip shoes are necessary.
