From-Scratch Kitchen Team Member; Early Mornings

Position Summary

Kitchen staff members prepare made-from-scratch meals, sides, and snacks in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role requires attention to quality, consistency, and food safety while helping deliver a warm, country-style dining experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas
• Ensure food is stored, handled, and cooked safely
• Help with food prep, plating, and packaging for dine-in and to-go orders
• Work as part of a team to ensure timely, high-quality service

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)

• Prior cooking or kitchen experience preferred (but not required)
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

Pay Range

The pay range for this position begins at $14.00 per hour and varies based on the experience of the applicant.
