Restaurant Manager
Location: South Fulton
Our Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team meets company and McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift. They are also responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned departments meet their goals.
RequirementsManagers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience on every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure excellent quality, service, and cleanliness. Candidates must be 18 years or older, have Fast Food Manager experience, and possess prior leadership experience, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
