Team Member - Mid Shift

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain Positional Responsibilities While Ensuring Guest Satisfaction Assemble a wide range of menu items.

Ensure every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently.

Meet Speed and accuracy goals.

Ring up orders quickly and accurately.

Know our menu.

Help customers with questions or requests.

Help build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust.

Step in and support your manager and fellow team members.

Demonstrate professional behavior to cafe team as well as to guests.

Uphold Food Safety standards.

Adhere to day-to-day cafe systems and processes.

Follow company policies and procedures including the use of personal protective equipment.

Working Conditions:

This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

This role requires the ability to keep cool under pressure and interact with multiple types of people in a calm and fair manner.

While performing this job, the team member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, and hear in a loud environment.

Must be able to lift 40lbs.

Role requires standing for extended periods of time with a break, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, stretching and ability to use a step ladder.
