The Westin Jekyll Island Beach Resort is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations across restaurants, banquets, and events. You will partner with the Executive Chef to uphold exceptional food quality, presentation, and cost control in a luxury oceanfront setting.
Ideal candidates have at least three years of F&B leadership in hotels or resorts, pastry and garde manger experience, Serv Safe and TIPS certifications, and strong English communication.
