Job Description
What You'll Do- Lead all back-of-house operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing culinary team.
- Manage food and labor costs while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
- Create a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellence and accountability.
- 5+ years of Executive Chef or senior kitchen leadership experience.
- High-volume restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- Proven success managing food cost, labor cost, and inventory.
- Passion for delivering outstanding food and memorable guest experiences.
- Base Salary: $85,000–$105,000 per year
