Compensation range is $75,000 - $100,000 annually, inclusive of monthly performance-based bonus opportunities.

Compensation is determined based on a candidate’s experience, leadership background, restaurant knowledge, and overall qualifications.

THE ROLE The General Manager is the leader of the restaurant.

You are responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every Guest while building an engaging workplace where Team Members love coming to work.

You set the standard for culture, hospitality, operational excellence, and financial performance.

By developing great leaders, coaching your team, and executing at a high level every day, you create a restaurant that consistently delivers outstanding results while living the Surcheros Purpose and FRESH Core Values.

Develop Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members into future leaders.

Drive Restaurant Operations Lead all daily restaurant operations.

Maintain excellence in food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.

Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and shift execution.

Maintain equipment, facilities, and restaurant appearance (Inside and Outside).Lead by example by working alongside your team.

Own the Business Take ownership of your restaurant as if it were your own.
