Key Responsibilities- Supervise restaurant operations during your shift to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Coach and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage time effectively to meet operational goals and maintain quality standards
- Preferably 2 years of restaurant experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent guest service skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible scheduling including 8 and 10-hour shifts with weekend availability
