They sell solutions-based products and services by building authentic relationships with customers. Specialists work inside retail stores, representing Asurion and delivering personalized customer experiences.

• Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting and repairing electronic devices
• Sell the Connected Home product and other solutions during customer interactions
• Learn and apply product details, understand customer needs, and offer suitable protection and support solutions
• Achieve sales and service goals, ensuring customer satisfaction
