Six years of progressive retail management experience. Experience must include one of the following in the last three years:
Sales and Merchandise Manager, Operations Manager, Main Store Manager, Exchange Business Manager, Exchange Retail Business Manager, General Manager, Store Manager (BR) or Region Retail Program Specialist. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.

Or

Bachelor's degree plus four years progressive retail management experience. Experience must include one of the following in the last three years:
Sales and Merchandise Manager, Operations Manager, Main Store Manager, Exchange Business Manager, Exchange Retail Business Manager, General Manager, Store Manager (BR) or Region Retail Program Specialist. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.
