Manage the Perishable Departments including Produce, Fresh Meat, Packaged Meats, Dairy, Frozen Food, Bread, and Thaw and Sell Bakery products;
Ensure efficient and effective inventory management, appealing and profitable merchandise presentation and quality customer service;
Assist in training assigned associates in the proper presentation, freshness, pricing standards, and safe handling of food;
Assist in scheduling coverage and assess work completion with associates;
Record Perishable Markdowns and inventory levels; maintain sanitation standards.
