Assist Store Manager in managing the Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, dairy, frozen food, bread, and bakery items.;
Assist in maintaining correct perishable stock levels and inventory accuracy using designated guides and tools.;
Train associates in proper presentation, freshness, pricing, and safe handling of perishable products.;
Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences; manage rotation and packaging standards in produce.;
Ensure sanitation standards and customer service in the Perishable departments; support other operational areas as directed..
