Manage Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, dairy, frozen food, bread, and thaw and sell bakery products;
Assist Store Manager with inventory management and merchandise presentation;
Train assigned associates in proper stocking, freshness, pricing, and safe handling of perishable products;
Record inventory levels and Perishable Markdowns, analyze causes, and take corrective action;
Ensure sanitation standards and adherence to safety policies in Perishable departments.
