Location: Willacoochee

Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to federal and state labor laws and company policies; ensure store is properly staffed.;
Personally open and close the store a minimum of two times per week; ensure daily opening/closing procedures are followed.;
Evaluate operating statements to identify business trends and opportunities; manage inventory and pricing to meet in-stock targets and profitability.;
Maintain financial integrity through cashier accountability, key control, and security procedures; provide superior customer service leadership.;
Maintain a clean, well-organized store and a safe environment; ensure proper use of fixtures, signage, and merchandising..
