Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, operate cash register and scanner to itemize purchases;
Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week;
Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and training; conduct safety meetings; ensure policy compliance;
Assist in management of merchandise including receiving, stocking, and building displays;
Assist in ensuring financial integrity of the store through cashier accountability, cash handling, and deposit procedures.
