Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance, replenish and stock merchandise, and keep the sales floor clean, neat and fully organized.

• Commit daily to GOLD Member Standards:

• Work as a team to deliver gold club standards daily—ensure all items are stocked, promotional plans executed, signage visible and accurate, and all areas are clean and organized.
• Understand how to access and read production and financial performance reports for your department and see its impact on the business.
• Replenish, refill, stock and straighten merchandise; properly signpost merchandise.
• Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non‑food merchandise; fold and organize apparel, books and other goods.
• Remove empty cardboard from floors, shelves, display cases; operate and dispose of cardboard via baler.
• Return all returned and re‑shop merchandise to the sales floor.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including work in other departments as needed.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are required.

• Mostly moving continuously on hard surfaces; requires bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, reaching, stooping and using ladders or step‑stools.
• Frequently lifts objects up to 30 pounds; heavier items may need assistance and use of a pallet jack.
• Exposure to authorized cleaning agents.
• Exposure to indoor/outdoor temperatures and occasional extreme low temperatures in freezers and coolers.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good‑faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non‑discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on location, education, experience and qualifications. The pay range for this position starts at $16.00.
