Merchandising Representative

The Merchandising Representative will report to the Regional Manager and serve as a true ambassador for the Celsius brand across grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience store channels. The role includes marketing Celsius products through floor displays, signage, and demos to attract customers, ensuring shelf space is managed and product distribution expands per store guidelines.

Pay Rate: $25/hour + Overtime (as needed)

Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday

Field‑Based: Role requires presence in assigned market.

As a Merchandising Representative, you will promote the Celsius brand, maintain product visibility, manage store relationships, and ensure compliance with brand flow and merchandising standards.

• Plan and carry out merchandising initiatives.
• Call on target accounts and expand product distribution per store manager guidelines.
• Speak with store managers to sell in PDQ's and place displays/end cap in store.
• Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the Celsius territory manager.
• Ensure shelves, cold vaults, and stand‑alone coolers are stocked and merchandised according to brand flow.
• Rotate backstock to existing displays, racks, cold space, and warm shelves per account guidelines.
• Place point‑of‑sale materials as approved by account manager.
• Participate in new store openings and store reset support.
• Take pictures and include photos with reporting documents weekly.
• Conduct demos upon request.
• Develop and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts for weekly/monthly planning.
• Communicate as needed with territory sales manager, district manager, and regional manager.
• Make 15‑20 account calls per day and track complete calls within the Celsius sales app.
• Submit weekly work logs including mileage.
• Complete other records or documentation as assigned.

• Experience:
  
  0‑2 years working in retail or merchandising; prior merchandising experience a plus.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, 40‑hour work week (Wednesday‑Sunday).
• Must be a self‑starter and team player with a motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
• Excellent driving record; valid U.S. driver’s license required; applicants must pass an MVR screen.
• Personal vehicle necessary; an allowance will be provided.
• Must provide outstanding customer service and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
