Position Summary
We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available.
You also assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

- Ensure club pick up orders are fulfilled by notifying members of delays, informing them of out‑of‑stock items, offering alternatives, and ensuring products are selected, packaged and dispensed according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and reporting unsafe situations to facility management.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, handling payments according to policy, operating cash registers, locating and organizing merchandise, zoning designated areas, resolving member issues, promoting the company’s products and services, organizing and maintaining availability of carts/flatbeds, assisting with transporting items, and keeping the parking lot clean.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards, applying the Open Door Policy as required.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co‑workers, and customers; identifying priorities and deadlines; carrying out tasks; communicating progress; recommending improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
The hourly wage range is $16.00 to $24.00, plus additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
