Summary

Provide exceptional client service on the retail floor at an outlet location, driving sales and delivering a premium brand experience. Represent the brand through expert product knowledge, visual presentation, and attentive service. Work as part of a team to maintain store standards and achieve sales targets.

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and recommend products to drive sales.
• Process transactions, handle returns, and manage payments accurately.
• Maintain merchandising, ensure product presentation and stock replenishment.
• Support loss prevention, follow store policies, and keep the sales floor organized.

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred with strong sales orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays and to stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, team-focused, and able to perform basic stock handling and light lifting.
