As a Gift Shop Attendant, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes guests into our retail spaces, helping them find the perfect souvenir, gift, or gear for their adventure. Whether assisting in the gift shop, stables, or pro shop, you’ll play a key role in delivering warm hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every visitor.

• Greet every guest with a smile and provide prompt, friendly assistance
• Help guests find products, answer questions, and offer local recommendations
• Deliver exceptional service that goes above and beyond expectations
• Operate the register with accuracy, including handling cash, credit cards, and room charges
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise, inventory, and store offerings
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Assist with pricing, stocking, and receiving new merchandise
• Follow opening and closing procedures and balance your cash drawer
• Stay informed on lodge activities, amenities, and hours of operation
• Support teammates and assist with special guest requests

• A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Our lodge operates 7 days a week, so flexibility is key. Shifts may include weekends, holidays, and varying hours based on business needs.
