Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and ensuring the store meets its sales and profit goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team member standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as required.

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

• Base pay plus commission on sales.
