HP Retail Sales Representative

Overview

Part‑time HP Retail Sales Associate. Pay: $16.50 per hour.

Schedule:

up to 15 hours per week, with Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Fridays may be available based on location needs.

Best Buy and surrounding office‑supply stores.

• Assist in driving sales and creating buzz around the HP brand and products within big‑box retailers and office‑supply stores.
• Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their needs.
• Build rapport with customers and store management; maintain professional relationships with staff.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Report competitive insights and activity to Retail Operations.
• Accurately document and report sales and required paperwork.
• Keep workstation/kiosk clean, organized, functional, and presentable at all times.

Part‑time: up to 15 hours per week. Preferred days:
Saturday and Sunday; flexible Fridays possible. Pay: $16.50 per hour. Next‑day pay on‑demand via Daily Pay. $25 per month technology reimbursement. Paid online training.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail, customer service, or sales experience (tech, electronics, or wireless a plus).
• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy, outgoing personality, comfortable engaging customers and demonstrating products.
• Ability to engage in a selling process, overcome objections, and connect with customer needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity, commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
