The store manager will provide pleasant and courteous service to customers, oversee merchandising, food service, employee staffing, and store profitability, and maintain the company’s standards for customer experience.

The C‑Store Manager will manage, direct, and supervise the daily operations of the assigned location. Responsibilities include customer service, merchandising, food service, operations, employee staffing, development, employee relations, store profitability, and creating a positive store culture through respectful treatment of employees.
QualificationsMust have a high‑school education or equivalent and previous people‑management experience. Candidates should be self‑motivated, dependable, able to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining total customer focus, and possess strong problem‑solving, supervisory, and communication skills.
EducationHigh School or equivalent
Experience & Skills- Previous management experience preferred.
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.
- Good communication skills and personal grooming habits.
