Position SummaryWe’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in day‑to‑day operations, help lead a team of baristas, and ensure that every guest receives excellent service with a smile.
Responsibilities- Assist with managing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Train, coach, and develop baristas to meet performance and quality standards.
- Support inventory management, ordering, and cash handling.
- Help achieve sales goals and monitor key performance metrics.
- Step into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable.
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer‑facing leadership role preferred.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and stay positive under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and some holidays.
