Job Summary

Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer at Mondelēz International. Fulfill merchandising needs of customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining displays. Represent world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry‑leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad tablet to ensure in‑stock conditions for shelves and displays.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure sales representative negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude and ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet defined physical activities such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location:
  Dalton, GA (secondary locations: Chatsworth, GA; Rocky Face, GA; Varnell, GA).
• Schedule availability:
  Monday – Friday.

Hourly rate: $16.00–$18.00 based on experience.
