Brand Ambassador

Summary

Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor to drive brand experience and sales performance. Support store operations, visual standards, and contribute to a cohesive and inclusive team environment while developing skills for future leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
• Support achievement of sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and provide sizing guidance.
• Maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house, completing opening and closing tasks.
• Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
• Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance.
• Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
• Champion a professional positive work environment and collaborate with colleagues.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to stand walk and move for multiple hours and operate register.
• Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store areas.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers management and co‑workers.
• Capacity to balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.
