Compensation

Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Meat/Produce associates keep the Fresh area fully stocked, rotating product and maintaining proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained in proper order throughout the day.
