Meat​/Produce Team Supervisor

Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They also rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

Work in a fresh food environment, ensuring items are stocked, displays are maintained, and customers find the products they are looking for. Specific responsibilities include:

• Rotating product and maintaining temperature control
• Verifying dates and disposing of lesser quality food products
• Keeping the area clean, sanitized, and customer‑ready
• Assisting customers with product location and inquiries
• Ensuring high‑quality products are available in produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat, and other departments
• Preparing and serving ready‑to‑eat food as required
• Packaging ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stocking displays

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
