Assistant Manager - 4295 Old Hwy 76

Full‑time position.

Typical schedule:

35–40 hours per week, with availability for at least 3 shifts per week, including weekends.

Location:

4295 Old Hwy 76, serving Ellijay, Blue Ridge, and Blairsville.

• Oversee all operations during shift, including cost, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
• Perform duties of customer service representatives and delivery drivers as needed.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during scheduled shift.
• Greet customers, take orders, and operate cash register accurately.
• Ensure products are made consistently according to company guidelines.
• Deliver product by vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain a professional appearance in line with grooming standards.

• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Positive attitude and strong leadership skills; ability to motivate a team of 3‑15 people.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Reliable transportation; background check required.
• Must be able to work at least 3 shifts per week and be available on weekends.
